
I-80 UPDATES
New Eastbound I-80 Traffic Pattern
Crews will shift the eastbound I-80 travel lanes between 1300 East and 2300 East into their final lane configuration as early as Wednesday, Oct. 18. Construction work will continue while crews finish work in the median and shoulder of the road.

New Westbound I-80 Traffic Pattern
Crews will shift the westbound I-80 travel lanes between 2300 East and 1300 East into their final lane configuration as early as Saturday, Oct. 14. Construction work will continue as crews finish work in the median and shoulder of the freeway. 
 
Drivers should follow the reduced speed limit in the work zone and give other drivers and crew plenty of room.   

Reduced Speed Limit
To accommodate a safer work zone, the speed limit on I-80 between 1300 East and 2300 East and I-215 from 3300 South to 4500 South has been reduced to 55 miles per hour. The speed limit will remain at 55 miles per hour through the end of construction.

Regular Lane Closures
